  2.     WinInfo

  4.     WinInfo.exe is designed to provide certain technical information
  5.     about windows.  WinInfo will provide window title, class and screen
  6.     co-ordinates of both a window directly under the mouse pointer and
  7.     the main parent window that owns the window under the mouse.

  9.     Wininfo.exe is provided to assist international users of Command Post
  10.     in determining proper patches to allow Command Post to operate with
  11.     non-English versions of Windows.

  13.     WinInfo.exe is also provided to users of Applets.  Applet users can
  14.     use WinInfo.exe to determine parent window titles for the window
  15.     control commands (HIDE, SHOW, ZOOM, ICONIZE) and both the parent
  16.     window title and the screen co-ordinates for the PLACE command.
